To be eligible registration must be completed by a new customer on or after 04/01/2023 thru 04/13/2023 (the Promotional Period), be approved, have an account in good standing, and pay the membership fee monthly on time.

A new customer means a natural person who has never begun signing up for Quil before. At Quil’s discretion, we can waive these requirements.
