Quil benefits are being made available by Avibra and its partners. Avibra has partnered with Alliance of Well-Being Associations – a non-profit with a defined mission and purpose to improve financial and physical well-being of the community. The benefits offered to Quil users are part of an overall membership benefit program provided by Avibra. Avibra is independent of and not affiliated with Quil (the “Company”). Company and Avibra do, however, have a contractual relationship which enables Company to promote benefits made available by Avibra.
To be eligible to participate and receive benefits in the program, Quil users must (1) directly receive the sponsored offer being made available through the Company and (2) complete the membership application to become a member via Quil app or web portal. All insurance and noninsurance benefits offered by Avibra and its partners are subject to state availability, age restrictions, applicable policy or product terms, conditions and limitations; any of which may change at any time and without notice.
Following completed registration, benefits will be subject to the terms and conditions imposed by Avibra, its partners and insurance carrier(s), as well as verification of eligibility. Your use of the Avibra platform will be subject to Avibra’s terms of service and privacy policy, as well as any other required documentation or requirements made known on the platform.
Certain insurance benefits are only available to individuals between 18-62 years of age and who are residents of one of the 50 U.S. states or the District of Columbia, subject to availability in the applicable jurisdiction, which may change from time to time. Individuals aged 55 and above as of the date and time of the submission of their application are not eligible for life insurance benefits and/or some other benefits.
